Mrs KANEZA Alexia is the Director General of the Medical Insurance Scheme of the University of Rwanda (MIS/UR). Backed by more than 20 years of experience in healthcare administration, project management, and finance, she drives the operational success of the university's healthcare insurance services. She holds a Master's Degree in Project Management from Mount Kenya University and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the National University of Rwanda.
