The Operations team reviews and verifies medical invoices submitted by partner healthcare providers, ensuring that billed services match actual treatments received by MIS-UR members. They process claims, assess benefit eligibility, and approve or query reimbursements, maintaining financial accuracy and preventing fraud while guaranteeing that members receive the full benefits they are entitled to under their cover.
